Arts Festival Opening and Video of Fireworks

Officals from the municipality of San Jose inaugurated the Seventh Annual Transitarte Festival in Morazan Park on Friday evening.
The opening act was a concert performed by the municipal band, which concluded with a fireworks show above Morazan Park. The mayor of San Jose wasn’t available, however acting mayor Gonzalo Rameriz gave a speech to open the event.
While the band played in Morazan Park a tent in front of the Escuela Metalica displayed costumes from the last Festival de Luz.

I have one thing to say – this is a great time for the Ticos, and I would also advise anyone thinking of staying at the Hotel Morazan “Don’t”. When this Festival is going on the noise never stops, you will never sleep.

I went to the festival and it was great! Nice artists and many good things to do there it seemed that everyone was in a happy mood!
