41 candidates register delinquent debts with State

As of January 8th, forty-one candidates for elected office and from among 18 political parties were delinquent in debts to the state. Overall debt was ¢31 million ($62,500) for employee payroll taxes, and to the extinct Banco Anglo. Several candidates said that while appearing as presidents of delinquent companies, they do not own them or do not exercise control.
