This Monday the Foundation Pro Hospital Dr. Tony Facio delivered a total of 50 beds to the medical center from Limón.
According to Del Roy Foulkes Shand, president of that organization, the current bed have more than 40 years of use and this is the first delivery for a total of 221 beds and 116 stretchers that will go to the hospital.
Foulkes explained that the material is adaptable to the climate of the area in order to provide quality and comfort to patients.
The ceremony was attended by members of the Foundation and representatives of the Dr. Tony Facio Hospital.
