One out of the 3 bars raided last weekend to dismantle a trafficking in women and prostitution network was partially burned down after a fire on Tuesday.
It was Los Horcones bar, located in La Fortuna de San Carlos. According to the Fire Department report, the structure of the 800-square-meter building was 40% consumed by the flames.
So far, it has not been possible to determine the cause of the fire.
Los Horcones bar, along with Los Acostados bar and La Tempana bar were operated by a group dedicated to sexually exploit Nicaraguan and Dominican women. In total, there were 13 women involved.
