An American man whose identity has not been revealed, died on Monday in a condominium located in Garabito, Puntarenas. This was confirmed by the Costa Rican Red Cross.
According to the authorities, lifeguards found the patient without life.
The incident occurred around 12:27 pm in a condominium located in Jacó.
According to a source, apparently the subject would have been tied with a blanket on his neck and this would eventually have caused him to die. In the scene they found bleeding in various parts of the body.
The Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) moved to the site to collect the body, take it to the Forensic Science complex. Now, investigators must clarify the causes of the apparent homicide.
