Child molester arrested in Guanacaste

A man named Palma was arrested by the police during a patrol operation after being fugitive from justice for the crime of sexual abuse against a minor, in the sector of La Cruz, Guanacaste. This was communicated by the Press Office of the Ministry of Public Security (MSP).

According to MSP, Palma had an arrest warrant for the aforementioned crime, processed in the Prosecutor’s Office of Liberia.

For example, during the last operations carried out in the canton of La Cruz, Guanacaste, two people who had pending arrest warrants were apprehended, including an alleged sexual abuser,”

said Rodrigo Alfaro, ai director of the North Chorotega Region.

Later, near the police house of the Irving Neighborhood, in La Cruz, several police officers saw another subject with a suspicious attitude.

After corroborating his legal status, they managed to clarify that they had an arrest warrant pending for the crime of rebellion, according to the Public Force.

The detainee, surnamed Sandoval, was required by the Criminal Court of Liberia, Guanacaste.
