Costa Rican Gastronomic Show celebrates Independence

Independence Day comes loaded with flavor for all those who love gastronomy.

This is because from September 15th to 30th Paseo Gastronómico La Luz, in Escalante neighborhood, will prepare sandwiches, minced meat and chicharrones.

The Costa Rican Gastronomic Show, will present 13 dishes of the typical cuisine in 13 restaurants of the Gastronomic Walk, with variations to the gourmet style.

Attendees can enjoy from very national dishes such as picadillos, pozol with pork, rejuvenated with the gourmet touch, to innovations with meats marinated with species and products from the Costa Rican environment.

For Friday, in addition to the food, people can enjoy Costa Rican traditions, with masquerades, cimarrona and typical dances that will be present throughout the show.

In this Gastronomic Sample, the following restaurants will participate: Agüizotes, CR Beer Factory, Delirio House, Frida’s Pub, Gambas, IlVolpino, Impar, Keidas, La Parrillada, Luna Roja, Mil948, Olio and Sofía Mediterraneo.
