Court upholds dismissal of CCSS inspector who failed to inform husband

Second chamber of the constitutional court has upheld the decision to terminate the employment of an CCSS inspector who failed to require her husband to enroll and remit payroll taxes, for restaurant employees in their family business. The inspector, who had worked for the agency for 15 years, before her 2005 firing had won a lower court case, which is reversed by the high court.
