Cyclists will be able to validate the location to park their bikes

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport will build 40 bicycle-parking spaces in San José. In addition, the process to collect the public opinion on the sites proposed by the General Direction of Traffic Engineering began on December 3rd.

During the validation of the project, it is expected the participation of a great number of urban cyclists. They can submit their opinion through a survey published on the website of the Ministry, www.mopt.go.cr, which will remain in force until December 23rd.

According to Junior Araya Villalobos, Director of Traffic Engineering, the answers collected through the survey will be used to define the final location of the bicycle-parking lots in San José downtown.
