Glove Sensi Femme: a way to detect breast cancer

A glove with mineral oil will help women to detect breast cancer. The glove increases women’s sensitivity, thus, it is easier to detect any abnormality while performing the breast self-exam.

During 2015, more than 300 people died from this disease. As a result, doctors’ recommendation is to perform a breast self-exam, which helps to detect 90% of the cases on time.

Glove Sensi Femme increases sensitivity, so little lumps that could not be felt before, will be palpable,

explained gynecologist Carlos Escalante.

Some symptoms of breast cancer are changes in breasts’ size and shape, skin disorders, skin patches and breast, armpit or chest pain.

According to Escalante, this glove has a special mineral oil which reduces friction and makes the sensitivity increases up to 8 times, which will benefit women who perform breast self-exam every month, especially a week after menstruation.

Breast cancer affects an average of about 1,000 women every year. It is known that this disease increased by 65% between 1990 and 2000, when it went from 26 to 43 cases per 100,000 women. Thereafter, from 2000 to 2010, cases have slowly but steadily risen,

declared gynecologist Kenneth Loáciga.
