Immigrants received food from helping hands

Immigrants at Nicaragua border received help from some hotels and a group of residents organized by Peñaranda family.

Claudio Sánchez, Peñaranda family’s young member, explained that they organized themselves on Saturday and on Tuesday, they donated vegetables and other things.

The boy said that the biggest reward was immigrants’ appreciation. They are located at the Costa Rica-Nicaragua border.

About 150 Africans and Haitians, including young people and children, hope to continue their way to the United States to achieve the American dream.
