In case of emergency, call these numbers

The National Emergency Commission enabled a hotline to answer your doubts and inquiries regarding the emergency related to storm Otto, expected to be stronger from November 24th.

The number available is 2210-2801 and it will take calls from 6:00 a.m. to 6:20 p.m.

However, in the event of an emergency, you can call 9-1-1.

If you are a driver, you can check the status of the routes with the Directorate of Traffic Police, through the following number: 2523-2373.

You can also do it through Waze, since the platform enabled an alert system to ask for help and avoid areas affected by Tropical Storm Otto.

No matter if you come from the Caribbean area, the north or south part of the country, you can communicate with the bus terminals to know the schedules in which they will work.

To communicate with Grupo Caribeños, you can call 2222-0610.

If you need to travel from the south, you can consult Tracopa through the following numbers: 2221-4212 and 2290-1308.
