Four gunshots killed an Israeli businessman on Thursday morning, right in front of the apartment he rented in La Sabana.
Wálter Espinoza, director of the Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) said that the man visited the country sporadically and was selling real estate in the Pacific. He was also a tennis instructor.
The homicide was motivated by an assault, the man was a victim of four bullet wounds in the torso and head and died in public. When he left the apartments, he was approached by at least three people, who took some of his belongings and fled in a vehicle to the south of the capital,”
explained Espinoza.
Michael Chain Caspi, 48, entered the country last Saturday and for the time being it is unknown if he had any records.
Espinoza did not specify what kind of belongings were taken from Chain.
