A 40-year-old man named Arroyo Gutiérrez, was sentenced to 110 years of imprisonment by the Criminal Court of San José for raping 7 women and murdering 6 of them. The incidents occurred from November 2014 to September 2015 in some vacant lots in San Sebastián, Hatillo and Barrio México.
