Minister Alvarado could become a presidential candidate

Minister of Labor Carlos Alvarado Quesada is likely to leave the office he has held since March 2016. His new goal would be fighting for the presidential nomination in Partido Acción Ciudadana (PAC). He would later fight against current legislator Epsy Campbell.

When asked, he didn’t say a word and although he was told that the information came from a reliable source, he didn’t deny it.

Campbell confirmed that this week she could make a decision about her potential candidacy and she agreed with an eventual Alvarado’s participation.
