New proceedings against agents of the OIJ that sold information

The Judiciary confirmed that a disciplinary process was opened for the officials who sold information. The authorities arrested two agents of the Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) who -apparently- tried to sell criminal information to third parties for $15 thousand.

According to Wálter Espinoza, director of the entity, the suspects were part of the Police Collection Unit of the Office of Plans and Operations (OPO) of the OIJ.

The subjects are surnamed Córdoba Quesada and Díaz Vega. They both had more than 10 years of working in the judicial police.
