Power cuts are due this Monday and Tuesday

The Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz (CNFL) announced that will do maintenance operations to electrical grids this Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 of May. Power cuts are expected to affect Tibás, La Uruca, San José and Santa Ana.

Today is scheduled that CNFL’s teams will be working in Llorente de Tibás, from the old “Salón La Pista” until 300 meters north and between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On this Tuesday, power will be down in San José Centro, between 3rd and 7th Streets and 9th and 11th Avenues. Also there will be partial electric outages in Pozos de Santa Ana and La Uruca, from the east side of Techo Ends to the north until the northern side of Puente del Virilla and Pulepería Zamora to the south and above calle industrial.

In San José power cuts will last from 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. and in the remaining areas from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
CNFL detailed that in the zones where they will be working there are factories and business.
