President of UCCAEP insists on reducing public spending

On May, 18th, the directive board of the Costa Rican Union of Chambers and Associations of Private Enterprise (UCCAEP), chose Franco Pacheco Arce as its new chairman, after Ronald Jimenez refused to be reelected.

The former manager of the firm Musmanni mentioned that one of his tasks is to continue pushing for a cut in public spending, before talking about more taxes.

According to Pacheco, one of the hardest things of his new job will be to get all 50 chambers in a single line.
