Luis Guillermo Solís walks the streets of San José just like any other Costa Rican. If you do not believe it, musician Marcial Flores, from son de Tikizia, proves it to you.
This Wednesday, Flores was walking near the National Institute of Insurance (INS) and when he turned, he saw Solís waiting for the red light to cross the road from the park to the INS sidewalk.
Flores published photos and videos that prove what happened.
Solís’ Communication Office also confirmed it.
At about 9:00 a.m., after having breakfast at La Criollita restaurant, the president went to the Yellow House to attend the presentation of credentials of the new foreign ambassadors, including those from Hungary, Morocco and Japan.
