Rancho Redondo-Llano Grande Bridge would be ready in a month

The residents of Llano Grande de Cartago finally receive good news: the bridge that connects the area with Rancho Redondo in Goicoechea could be ready in a month.

The problems in the area began in last November, when the CONAVI decided to close the bridge since they believe it was dangerous. A group of neighbors took the signage off and opened the way several times.

CONAVI already enabled a pedestrian crossing, to allow the transit of the residents of the area.

We have already removed the tiles from the old bridge and we are making space in the area to place the new structure. The modular bridge parts will arrive on Sunday,”

said Otto Orozco, from Casisa, the company responsible for overseeing the construction.

Although there is no official delivery date, the bridge could be ready in 1 month.
