The government excluded the bill that aims to limit wage incentives in the public sector, but it promoted new tax initiatives.
In the list of 46 bills, the proposed reforms to 6 wage bonuses, that was recently received by the Committee on Social Affairs from the Legislative Assembly, does not appear.
However, the initiative included the Value Added Tax (VAT) and the reform to the income tax.
Reforms to additional bonuses to wages in the public sector aims to limit the following incentives: full-time contract, prohibition, professional career, availability, annuity and zoning.
The government excluded this initiative despite the fact that several opposition parties have said that they will not pass new taxes, while projects aiming to reduce the public expenditures are not approved, such as reforms to wage bonuses.
It is happening at a time when pressure has increased and labor unions have threatened to go on strike if the Legislature modifies the salary incentives.
