Taxpayers owe ¢ 1,420 million to the Treasury

The debts of delinquent taxpayers with the Treasury amounted to ¢ 1.420 million, according to data from the Ministry of Finance from October 31st.

Among this group stand out casinos, hotels, manufacturers of carbonated drinks and other smaller businesses.

The tenth month of 2016 list swelled with the arrival of 37 new delinquent debtors, for a total of ¢ 323 million.

In addition, the debt from re-offender taxpayers reached ¢ 701 million.

Every month, the Ministry of Finance publishes a list of natural or legal persons who are behind in their taxes.
