The PCD arrested the most important drug dealer of Chiquita beach

Officials of the Drug Control Police (PCD) of the Ministry of Public Security arrested the most important drug dealer of Chiquita beach of Puerto Viejo, in Limón.

He is a Costa Rican surnamed Brown and he sold drugs to domestic and foreign tourists.

The subject, also known as “Duende”, had several firearms.

Brown sold cocaine and marijuana in a house and on the streets of the town. Neighbors were not happy with the ituation and reported the case to PCD confidential line 1176.

The anti-drug agents of the Ministry of Public Security seized 71 doses of marijuana, 19 more cocaine, 541,000 colones and 4,680 dollars.

Brown, 61, with no criminal record, is waiting for precautionary measures. He could be sentenced to 20 years in prison.
