The Red Cross will receive donations to help communities affected by Tropical Storm Otto

The Costa Rican Red Cross will receive financial and material donations to help communities affected by Tropical Storm Otto.

From Friday 25th, citizens will be able to leave donations and non-perishable products in a collection center, located 200 meters east from the Seminary School, in Naciones Unidas town, in San José.

The place is identified with flags and banners of the Red Cross.

Donations will be accepted until November 27th, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What is it needed?

-Canned products
-Grains (rice, sugar, beans)
-Pasta
-Soups
-Bottled water
-Oil
-Personal hygiene items such as: bath soap, toothpaste, toilet paper and sanitary napkins.

What is it not accepted?

They will not accept clothes or appliances.
