You can help the government to detect corruption!

The government aims to clarify corruption situations in public institutions. To do this, the Executive started a popular consultation in which all citizens can participate.

From September 7th to September 18th, Costa Rican citizens can help authorities from the executive branch to learn more about whether there are irregular activities within the services that people use in order to generate effective anti-corruption legal reforms.

By entering the following website: http://gobiernoabierto.go.cr/consulta, citizens can comment about the institutions’ practices that, according to them, affect their operations and transparency.

The government wants people to behonest in their complaint on topics such as bribery, illicit benefits or favors that may be done in public institutions and might go unnoticed by the authorities.
