Young people with special needs found a place to show their working skills

In an increasingly cold and insensitive society, it is a pleasure to see how young people with special needs are incorporated into the working market. One Sunday morning, on a family visit to the Dinoworld exhibition at the City Mall, it was a pleasant surprise to see that the person who welcomed people and collected the tickets was a very capable young man called Johan Blanco, who was devoted to his work, showed a video and said goodbye with courtesy.

But there was more. There were more young people with special needs. people realized the great amount of attributes and abilities that they develop.

Fabiola Rodríguez, from Dinoworld, mentioned that in their company, they speak of respect and solidarity:

I believe that love begins at home and we decided to practice it. We love working with them, working with passion and a lot of dedication. It is a social and personal commitment.

In the place there are access ramps for wheelchair users, lesco videos and Braille signs, which allows other colleagues to be interested in knowing these other ways of communication.

Rodriguez went straight to the collaborators:

These people are extremely committed, responsible and motivated. The organizational climate improves with them. They can give a lot and they do not complain. For them there is nothing wrong. This is a beautiful teaching. I hope all companies do the same and incorporate them. That is not for advertisement, but because they deserve it. We are the disabled ones when we do not know how to love or respect them and we must eliminate that.
