A one-year-old baby lost one arm in a car accident on July, 26th in Isla Venado, Puntarenas, as confirmed by the Ministry of Public Security.
According to the Fire Department, the child was traveling on a motorcycle with his father. The vehicle skidded and severed the baby’s arm.
According to Carlos Hidalgo, a spokesman for the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), the child is being carried to the National Children’s Hospital (HNN) by a small flight ambulance from the Air Surveillance Service.
