A bus company in Desamparados has been ordered to pay moral damages for publicizing the reasons for terminating on of its drivers. The court agreed that the reasons for firing, irregularities with bus fare collection, were justified. However, the court took issue with the company posting the driving photo with a note meant as a warning to other drivers. The verdict was issued by the second chamber of he constitutional court and deals with a 2008 case.
