Central branch of the CNFL reopened in San José

On Monday, the National Power and Light Company (CNFL) reopened the doors of the central branch, located in San José, which was closed since October, due to a remodeling process that included a System of Attention of Filas (SAF) to improve the times of attention to the users of the electric service.

The improvements include the application of the law 7,600, with ramps, access stairs, window for special attention, immediate attention through the SAF, both for the elderly and people who have a disability,”

With this service it is possible to adjust the priorities of the procedures to immediately service those cases of simple procedure (payment of services).

This year, the CNFL will install a branch in the province of Heredia to serve more closely the customers of that province.
