Citizens recognize government’s work during hurricane emergency, but…

A few days before the end of the year, the administration of President Luis Guillermo Solís is strengthened by their work during the emergency caused by Hurricane Otto.

Various sectors praised the work led by the President to avoid a major disaster.

However, 2016 has also been a year of questions from several sectors, mainly regarding foreign policy and relationships with the Legislature.

Ordinary citizens, on the other hand, showed their distaste for the overall work of the President in a survey conducted by CRHoy. “Deficient” and “mediocre” were some qualifiers.

Few or no changes in infrastructure, unfulfilled campaign promises, saying one thing and doing another are part of the complaints of the citizens.

However, most citizens will recognize the President for his work regarding the emergency caused by Hurricane Otto.
