Image of President Solís improves after the emergency

December 2, 2016 by Staff News Writer

The work of President Luis Guillermo Solís commanding the Emergency Operations Center in the past two weeks, due to Hurricane Otto, improved his image before the public.

The public opinion found in the comments of social networks are mostly positive, regarding the actions of the President and his government team to face the crisis initiated by the natural phenomenon.

This situation was confirmed after a bodybuilder faced the President via Facebook, affirming that she was not afraid to him, nor did she respect him. The publication was followed by a huge wave of messages against the woman, asking for respect for the President.

Political analysts believe that Solís and his team have done a good job and that has allowed them to improve their vey criticized image.

For political analysts, the challenge is doubled. They must assume the commitment of dealing with a post hurricane country, with many homeless families, without work and evaluate this with a magnifying glass, aiming to solve those situations, in addition to what they have to face daily and the decisions they have to make.
