On Sunday, thousands of Costa Ricans gathered in the capital to demosntrate in favor of what they believe is life and family.
The multitudinous event, organized by the Catholic Church and supported by other religious currents, such as the Christian and evangelical Churches, has as its premise to oppose abortion, as well as gay marriage.
The Facebook profile of Radio Fides, a drone shows that thousands of people participated in the demonstration, including several presidential candidates.
The activity started at 10:00 am at the Metropolitan Cathedral in downtown San José.
