GAO officials prevented bank customers from getting robbed

On Tuesday afternoon, Official Operational Support Group (GAO) prevented two subjects from assailing bank customers in the central canton of San Carlos.

The incident occurred when two men on a motorcycle remained near a bank branch suspiciously, because of it, the GAO officials intervened.

When asked for their identity cards or driver’s license, none of the subjects carried any, so they were immediately arrested and taken to the delegation of Ciudad Quesada.

The security forces reported that the subjects respond to surnames Arroyo and Carranza and the vehicles were seized.
