According to the National Meteorological Institute (IMN), the atmospheric conditions of this Thursday are the result of tropical wave #53 and also of the effect of cold front #6, which also causes maximum gusts of winds of 90 km / h in mountainous sectors of Guanacaste, Central Valley and Talamanca mountain range.
The influence of the tropical wave is expected to be brief, while the effect of the cold front will last until Friday.
