Otton Solís, legislator from Partido Acción Ciudadana, blamed Minister of Foreign Affairs Manuel González for the event that took place on Tuesday at the General Assembly of the UN: the Costa Rican delegation abandoned the Assembly when Brazilian President Michael Temer was delivering his speech.

The founder of Partido Acción Ciudadana agrees that what happened in Brazil is a dictatorial imposition. However, he doesn’t agree with the way Costa Rican representatives protested. According to him, it was not appropriate, much less to do it with countries such as Venezuela, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Cuba and Ecuador, whose democracy system is questioned.
