In San Josecito of San Rafael in Heredia, police found a marijuana lab in a house basement. Authorities discovered 10 marijuana plants with an average height of one meter and a half.
Security Forces officers knew about this place thanks to the owner and renter of the house, who realized that strange things where happening.
According to authorities, the owner went to the house to make some repairs, however, he could not enter because there was no one inside.
Hours later he went back to the house and he saw a blanket covering a broken window and the lights were on, but again no one was in the house.
As consequence, he called authorities, who discovered the marijuana lab. Police found fans, lamps and other tools that were seized.
