Solís’ remaining challenges for 2016

There are left three and half months to say goodbye to 2016 and the last stage of Solís Rivera’s administration will start. the President of the Republic’s plans are established and he knows about the challenges that lie ahead for the remaining year.

There are three topics that Luis Guillermo Solís wants to focus on: tax reform, roads and security.

The tax reform is a priority. In fact, a bill on value added tax is expected to be passed.

Another challenge that lies ahead and intends to continue progressing is the road infrastructure, Solís will focus on Vuelta Kooper-Chilamate in San Carlos, as well as the north end of Florencia-Naranjo road.

The last of the issues to be performed in 2016 is to have America’s support on security and equipment. After Solís’ visit to the White House, the American nation announced the donation of aircraft and patrol boats and training Costa Rican authorities for security.

The final question is: will it be possible to solve these issues before 2017?
