The INS wants to improve its relationship with its customers

The National Insurance Institute (INS) recently implemented the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), a project with a significant investment in technology. This will allow the institution to better manage the relationship with customers.

This tool will enable the INS to count on integrated information of each one of its insured, in order to have a better knowledge of them and their needs.

It is a business strategy aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction by:

-Focusing on growth.
-Encouraging customer service.
-More clients’ knowledge and their behaviors.
-Improving loyalty through a healthy relationship with customers.

The implementation of this tool was achieved thanks to a team made up of professionals from the National Insurance Institute (INS) and Microsoft.
