Luis Guillermo Solís defended himself from a citizen that shouted twice: “Where is the plane?” in the center of Cartago, when the President was walking through the municipal market and highlighted the work of the new police aircraft of the Air Surveillance Service.

On October 28th, the plane was used to save the life of a newborn baby, which needed to be transferred from Golfito to the capital city.
The aircraft was received by the national authorities last Monday and it already served the first emergency.
