Two Nicaraguan brothers were accused of murdering an 11-year-old child

Two Nicaraguan brothers surnamed Solís were accused by the prosecution of Managua of murdering a 11-year-old boy in Banderas de Pocosol, San Carlos.

The crime occurred on June 3rd. It happened when the minor, surnamed Orozco, was traveling in a motorcycle with his 15-year-old cousin.

At that moment, Solís brothers intercepted them to assault them. But, it seemed that the minors resisted and the scene became a horrendous crime.

Orozco was tied by the neck to a motorcycle, he was dragged on a stone street for more than 600 meters and he was thrown into a vacant lot. On the other hand, his cousin suffered strangulation attempts and he survived because he pretended to be dead.

Apparently, the minors were also beaten with branches to such an extent that they passed out.

The Nicaraguan prosecutor accused the Solís of four felonies: murder, frustrated murder to the detriment of the 15-year-old minor, aggravated robbery and illegal weapons possession.

After committing the murder, the suspects fled to their country and were arrested in the department of Río San Juan.

Due to the absence of extradition for its nationals, Nicaragua will be responsible for judging, along with the evidence provided by Costa Rica, the suspects.
