What to do in San José in what’s left of January?

There are details of downtown San José that surely you don’t know. Perhaps you are not familiar with its gastronomy, its coffee culture, or the history behind the Central Market. The good news is that you can catch up during holidays.

Carpe Chepe announced its January tour every day of the week in downtown San José, so that entire families have another option to enjoy these days.

On Mondays, they visit the Central Market, and on Tuesdays there is a tour through some iconic coffee shops. Both tours start at 3:00 p.m.

On Wednesdays, at 7:00 p.m., there is a gastronomic and historical tour through Barrio Escalante, and on Thursdays at the same time the theme is called craft beer.

On the weekends, there is a walking tour of some of the most renowned bars in the capital. This activity is called “Pub Crawl”.
