On Sunday, a group of Nicaraguans concentrated on the outskirts of the National Stadium in La Sabana with the purpose of demonstrating against the regime of Daniel Ortega.
The activity was carried out prior to soccer match between Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
With banners, flags, typical costumes and singing slogans, they demanded the departure of the Ortega regime and at the same time ask for justice for the dead in the violent demonstrations.
The protest was monitored by the authorities in the sports arena in San José.
