10 thousand people won’t have water in Moravia

September 28, 2017 by Staff News Writer

The Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (AyA) informs the residents of Moravia that due to the maintenance of the water treatment plant of Los Sitios, they may be affected by the interruption of the drinking water service for some time on Thursday, September 28th.

The works would be from 6 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon and affect about 10 thousand people.

The entity recommends that the affected population take the necessary measures and, if possible, the service will be restored soon. It also calls for proper and responsible use of the precious liquid, storing water only for basic needs.
