150 deaths in Hospital México are still under investigation

August 17, 2016 by Staff News Writer

A year ago,  150 died at Hospital México while waiting for catheterization. The investigation continues.

A member of the medical center cardiology staff denounced the deaths of 141 patients who were awaiting medical attention. In addition, 100 people were in danger.

No one has been charged yet because this requires an analysis of important evidence so we are waiting for the investigation results that should be released by the OIJ.

The files submitted by forensic analysis are patients’ medical records, who sadly died.

Scandals about alleged alteration of the waiting lists have highly affected the institution.
