18 years lighting up Christmas in San Jose

This is the coach of the San Jose Muni, coordinator Festival de la Luz Jorge Villalobos.


Since 1995, the annual festival of light has continued to grow while illuminating the capital of Costa Rica. The festival is put on by the municipality of San Jose, and is credited to Johnny Araya who came up with the idea after seeing a similar event in Panama.
