Fuerza Publica in the Mercedes del Norte of Heredia arrested a man carrying two 9mm pistols, a bulletproof vest, multiple motorcycle license plats, and tools used to break into homes and vehicles. Judicial authorities arrested three Fuerza Publica officers after local business owners complained that a ¢200,000 donation to repair police never found its intended purpose.
