30 new job vacancies after US company investment

Thirty new vacancies are the result of the reinvestment of $ 2 million made by the US Company Okay Industries in Costa Rica.

The company, located in El Coyol in Alajuela,Zona Franca, is dedicated to the manufacture of metallic components used in the medical device industry and now it is looking for operators, precision mechanics and personnel with knowledge in finance and administration.

According to Alexander Mora, Minister of Foreign Trade, medical devices represent the second item in national exports, located immediately after the agricultural sector.

This has undoubtedly strengthened our position, and today we are one of the leading global destinations for investment in medical technology, which includes such well-known companies as Okay Industries,”

said Mora.

With five years of operation in Costa Rica, this company had 55 employees and it now plans to expand this figure, in order to continue generating

the highest quality products combined with innovation and new technologies,”

according to Mario Cháves, general manager of the company in Costa Rica.
