35 experts: “Trump has a serious mental defect”

February 20, 2017 by Staff News Writer

35 health experts published a letter in The New York Times: they speak of a serious mental defect that affects president of the United States Donald Trump and that makes him a dangerous person if he is in power.

The letter, published on February 9th, indicates that Trump has attitudes that indicate that he tries to destroy those who oppose him.

They point out that Trump’s speech and actions show an inability to tolerate different opinions. His words and behaviors suggest a deep inability to feel empathy. Individuals with these characteristics distort reality to fit their psychological state, attacking facts and people who inform about them (journalists, scientists).

The publication was signed by specialist from the Boston Psychoanalytic Institute Lance Dodes, who also published it on its website with the the other doctors’ signature.

The letter also states that they did not speak before because they are banned since 1973: they can’t evaluate public figures, but due to the seriousness of the recent events, they could not remain in silence.

Without offering details on Trump’s speech and actions, the 35 experts dare to diagnose a serious emotional instability.
