53 firearms were stolen from a private security company

On October 4th, near 53 firearms were stolen from the facilities of a private security company located in La Uruca.

Although the investigation is just starting, the Judicial Investigation Organization (OIJ) confirmed that thieves stole 29 weapons, 19 pistols, 3 shotguns and 2 caliber .40 weapons. In addition, a lot of ammunition was also stolen.

At the moment, the way in which the weapons were stolen is unknown. Company authorities indicated that they would not say a word because the case is under investigation.
