6 minors reported sexual abuses

Two men surnamed Rocha and Torres were denounced by the minors they sexually abused of.

In Pital de San Carlos, an alert of domestic violence took place. When police arrived, a 15-years-old minor was crying. Officers requested information of the situation and she loudly said, from the back of the house, that her father assaulted her and abused of her. The officers entered the house and arrested the man surnamed Torres.

In the property, there were 2 children over 8 and 10 years old who seemed to be victims of aggression.

The minors are now responsability of the National Children’s Trust and the subject was arrested in the district attorney´s office of San Carlos; authorities investigate the situation in order to present the case.

In addition, in Guácimo, 2 girls and a teenage boy told their parents that an acquaintance of the family, surnamed Rocha, had abused of them and had touched their private parts. They inmediately informed the security forces. The alleged suspect was apprehended before the prosecutor of Pococí.
